Timesheet / eTime

Sapphire Technologies provides its clients and contractors with easy access to web-based timesheets, through Vedior Asia Pacific's online timesheet entry system, TESSA or alternately Sapphire Technologies' eTime. Through these systems, you can submit timesheets online for approval. All you need to do is contact your recruitment consultant to ensure you have been activated to use the appropriate service. At this time, you will be issued with a username and password.

A Quick Overview of How TESSA/eTime Works
As a contractor, you can log into TESSA/eTime at any time and fill in your timesheet. If you wish, you can also save the timesheet and complete and submit it at a later date. Once you have submitted the timesheet, any authorisers who are attached to your booking will be notified by email and told that a timesheet awaits their approval. The authoriser then logs into TESSA/eTime to view it.

Once your timesheet has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation (you can opt to receive other notifications by going to the Configuration Alerts section when logged into TESSA).
