Our account managers undertake a 360-degree recruitment process, commencing with full role briefing, pre-qualification and interview of candidates, through to shortlist presentation, management of offer, placement and follow-up.
How do you screen your candidates?

We evaluate the candidate's technical ability, experience and business knowledge, as well as their interpersonal
and communication skills. On every single occasion, you can be assured that a candidate has been screened in accordance with your individual business requirements prior to referral and we are placing candidates in positions best suited to their individual needs and background.
What is the average response time a customer can expect?
With a comprehensive database of pre-qualified ICT professionals across Australia and New Zealand, our key goal is to always provide clients with an efficient and responsive service. On average, we provide appropriate candidate shortlists within 24 to 48 hours.

If you don't have an office location near me, can you still assist me in finding ICT staff?

Do you offer online timesheeting facilities?
Yes, we provide both clients and contractors with web-based timesheeting solutions, eTime and TESSA. Our consultants can provide a full demonstration on request.
When will I be invoiced and how?
As we pay our contractors weekly, we also invoice weekly for contract placements. Invoices for permanent recruitment are generated at time of placement. They can be formatted to meet your organisational requirements and can be delivered in hard copy, via email or online.
